Cancellation and Refund Policy

MACHINX INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a liberal cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations are considered only if requested within 2 days of placing the order. If the order has already been communicated to vendors and shipment has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.
  • We do not accept cancellations for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables). Refund/replacement may be provided if the customer demonstrates poor product quality.
  • Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. Merchant verification may be required before a request is accepted.
  • If a product is not as shown or not as expected, notify Customer Service within 2 days of receipt; the Customer Service Team will investigate and take appropriate action.
  • For items with manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
  • Approved refunds take approximately 6–8 days to be processed to the end customer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

International orders ship via registered international couriers and/or International Speed Post. Domestic orders ship via registered domestic couriers and/or Speed Post. Orders are dispatched within 8–14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.

MACHINX INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by courier/postal services. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier/postal authority within the stated timeframe.

Delivery & Liability
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer.
  • Services delivery confirmations will be sent to the registered email ID.
  • Customs, duties or import taxes on international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
